1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or accessing the "Build Web Apps That Don't Break" workshop offered by BrandWorx Productions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase or access the platform.

2. Description of Services

Your purchase includes: access to three live workshop sessions (approximately 1 hour each), session replay recordings in your member portal, the Database Blueprint Creator tool, the Migration Calculator tool, access to the Skool community for the duration specified at purchase, and any bonus materials listed at the time of your purchase.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your seat is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to change pricing for future workshop cohorts; your confirmed purchase price will not change after checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop content is the intellectual property of BrandWorx Productions LLC and/or Jasper Dayton. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own business purposes. You may not: resell or redistribute any workshop content, share your login credentials with others, record live sessions without written permission, or use workshop materials to create competing educational products.

6. Participant Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully during live sessions and in the community. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the workshop without refund. See Community Standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandWorx Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your workshop seat.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice to enrolled participants. Continued access after updates constitutes acceptance.
