Plain Language Summary

We use AI to enhance workshop tools and content. AI outputs should be reviewed before use in production apps. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated code or schemas before deploying them.

1. Use of AI in This Platform

We integrate AI-powered features including: the Database Blueprint Creator's schema analysis and generation, the Migration Calculator's cost and complexity estimation, AI-generated suggestions within workshop tools, and workshop content that demonstrates AI-assisted development with Base44, Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, and others.

2. Limitations of AI Outputs

AI-generated content has inherent limitations: Accuracy (outputs may contain errors or outdated information), Hallucinations (AI may generate plausible-sounding but incorrect technical content), Context limitations (AI does not know your full application context or data sensitivities), and Security (AI-generated code should be reviewed for vulnerabilities before deployment).

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Review all AI-generated schemas and code before deploying to production.
  • Test AI-generated database structures with realistic data before going live.
  • Do not deploy AI-generated authentication or security code without independent review.
  • Verify that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws for your jurisdiction.
  • Take responsibility for the applications you build, regardless of how the code was generated.

4. Third-Party AI Platforms

Your use of third-party AI development platforms is governed by their own terms and AI usage policies. BrandWorx Productions LLC is not responsible for outputs generated by third-party AI tools, even when used following methods taught in our workshop.

5. AI and Intellectual Property

The intellectual property status of AI-generated content is evolving under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated code and content complies with applicable intellectual property laws.

6. No Professional Technical Advice

AI-generated recommendations are educational starting points, not professional engineering advice. For applications handling sensitive data, significant financial transactions, or regulated industries, consult a qualified software architect.
