1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains how long BrandWorx Productions LLC retains different categories of personal data, why we retain data for those periods, and how to request deletion.

2. Data Retention Schedule

Account and Registration Data

Retained for the duration of your workshop access plus 2 years.

Purchase and Payment Records

Retained for 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements. Full payment card details are never stored on our servers.

Workshop Participation Data

Session attendance records and tool usage data retained for 3 years from your workshop date.

Database Blueprints and Tool Outputs

Retained in your account for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months. You can export or delete your blueprints at any time.

Community Content

Governed by Skool's own retention policies.

Support Communications

Retained for 3 years.

Analytics Data

Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to individual users.

3. How We Delete Data

When data reaches the end of its retention period or upon a valid deletion request, we: delete personal data from our primary databases, remove personal data from backups during the next scheduled backup rotation (within 90 days), and notify third-party processors of the deletion request where applicable.

4. Requesting Deletion

Email jasper@brandworxproductions.com with subject "Data Deletion Request." We will respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Note: Deletion requests may not cover data we are legally required to retain, such as financial records. We will inform you of any such exceptions.

5. Data Portability

Request a copy of your personal data in CSV or JSON format by emailing jasper@brandworxproductions.com with the subject "Data Export Request." We will fulfill the request within 14 days.
