1. Grant of License

BrandWorx Productions LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use: the Database Blueprint Creator, the Migration Calculator, and any additional tools included with the workshop.

2. Permitted Uses

Design database schemas for your own web applications, generate and export blueprint PDFs for your own internal use, calculate migration estimates for your own platform decisions, and apply learnings in client projects you are directly engaged to build.

3. Restrictions

You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the tools; reverse engineer or extract source code; use tools to build competing educational software; remove proprietary notices; share access credentials; or use automated systems to scrape tool data.

4. Ownership

The tools, their underlying code, design, and all intellectual property remain the sole property of BrandWorx Productions LLC. This agreement grants you a license to use the tools, not ownership of them.

5. Updates and Access

BrandWorx Productions LLC may update, modify, or discontinue tools at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain tool availability for enrolled participants for a minimum of 12 months from the workshop date.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the licensed tools.

7. No Warranty

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
